4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

For our eco-tours and in-person programs:

Reservations: All tour bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized partners.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellations by Users:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the scheduled date receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before the scheduled date receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Sonanticdadhafera: In the event we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Modifications: Requests to change tour dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
Use our Services to transmit harmful code or interfere with the operation of our platforms
